Your access to our services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

  1. Payment Terms: Full payment of the invoice is required within five (5) days of invoice receipt following the completion and return of the registration form. Delegates who fail to make full payment may be denied entry to the event. For registrations made via fax or email, a liability of 50% of the registration fee applies. In the event of non-payment prior to the event, Avonax Group reserves the right to request a credit card guarantee.
  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations received one month or less before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Delegates who cancel after this deadline are obligated to pay the full registration fee. Substitutions from the same organization are permitted up to one week before the event start date, provided notification is given in writing via email or fax.
  3. Event Modifications: Avonax Events reserves the right to modify the conference content, timing, speakers, or venue at any time without prior notice.
  4. Force Majeure: The event may be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Avonax Events Group, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental restrictions, fire, severe weather conditions, strikes or lock-outs not instigated by Avonax Events’ own staff, war, or acts of terrorism (“Force Majeure”).
  5. Travel Insurance: Attendees are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance. Avonax Events Group will not be liable for reimbursing travel, hotel accommodations, transfers, or other expenses incurred by attendees.
  6. Inclusions: The registration fee includes refreshments, lunch, and conference materials. It does not cover travel, hotel accommodations, transfers, or insurance, which are the responsibility of the attendee.
  7. Privacy and Data Use: Participant information may be stored and processed for administrative purposes and to better understand attendee needs to improve our products and services. Avonax Events Group may use this information to contact participants. Completion of the registration form signifies consent to this use of participant information.
  8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Avonax Events Group is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third-Party Services”).

Avonax Events assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Avonax Events shall also not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Avonax Events reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.

We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to the effective changes. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.
